1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RingDeveloper platform ("Service"), operated by RingDeveloper Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RingDeveloper provides an AI-powered telephony service that enables AI coding agents to initiate voice calls to developers when they encounter questions or blockers. The platform includes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, a web dashboard, a developer marketplace, and associated APIs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

  • One account per individual or organization.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • API keys are scoped to your account and must not be shared.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

RingDeveloper offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Free Tier: 5 minutes of calling per month, limited marketplace access.
  • Pro Tier: Unlimited calling, full marketplace access, priority support.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten developers on the marketplace.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent security measures.
  • Use automated bots to spam calls or overwhelm the platform.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

7. Developer Marketplace

The marketplace connects customers with freelance developers. RingDeveloper acts as a facilitator, not an employer. We do not guarantee the quality of work performed by marketplace developers. Disputes between customers and developers should be resolved directly, with RingDeveloper providing mediation as a courtesy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is the intellectual property of RingDeveloper Technologies. You retain ownership of any code, content, or data you provide through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingDeveloper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
