Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

RingDeveloper provides a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product. As the Service is delivered electronically and access is granted immediately upon subscription, the following refund policy applies.

2. Free Tier

The Free tier does not involve any payment. No refunds apply to the Free tier.

3. Pro Subscription Refunds

3.1 Within 7 Days of First Purchase

If you are not satisfied with the Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase. This 7-day period applies only to new subscribers and is a one-time offer.

3.2 After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3.3 Renewal Charges

Recurring monthly charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4. Marketplace Transactions

4.1 Completed Jobs

Payments for completed marketplace jobs (developer hire sessions) are non-refundable once the session has been completed and rated by both parties.

4.2 Failed or Unconnected Calls

If a marketplace hire request fails to connect (developer did not answer, call failed, or was cancelled before connection), no charges will be applied. If charges were erroneously applied, a full refund will be processed automatically within 5-7 business days.

4.3 Disputed Jobs

If you are dissatisfied with a marketplace developer session, you may file a dispute within 48 hours of job completion. We will review the call duration, session details, and ratings. Refunds for disputed jobs are granted at our sole discretion and may range from partial to full credit.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at:

Include the following information:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Transaction or subscription ID (available in Billing settings).
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Date of the transaction.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment provider (Razorpay or Stripe) to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • We will confirm the refund via email once processed.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violation.
  • Requests made after 7 days of subscription (for first-time subscribers).
  • Marketplace jobs that were completed and rated without a dispute filed within 48 hours.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms).

8. Returns

As RingDeveloper is a digital service, there are no physical products to return. "Returns" in this context refer to the cancellation of your subscription, which can be done at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard.
